HELLO MY FELLOW RAVENS, WE DID IT AGAIN!
Earlier today the men’s basketball team won the Gold against our main competitor the Gee’s Gee’s. What a fantastic game it was, Carleton University winning with a final score of 79-67! I was so happy to see so many of my classmates out their supporting the basketball team with me! For the last year I have had the chance to workout alongside the Carleton basketball team, that is the main way I have been able to keep my strong muscles 😉 After a hard workout the drink that gets increases my hydration and quenches my thirst is POWERADE! Hello again friends, are you getting stressed with midterms, assignments and final projects coming up? Well I know I am!
With my busy schedule of classes and my side job of answering to all of your cravings, I have been having a hard time trying to keep healthy and maintain the amount of protein that I need. After this busy weekend of hitting up the library everyday (well maybe a club one night as well with Abstentions handling my headache with supplying Advil and Gatorade) I do not always have the time to make meals throughout the day. Yes, if you were wondering I can make a mean dinner. If anyone is interested in a date, you know where to find me.

With not having the time, protein and energy bars are helping me through these stressful days. Protein bars are a very convenient method of giving you the vitamins and minerals that you need while giving you a snack that will make you full. Wherever I am running around that day I can easily eat a protein bar on the go, saving me time while providing me protein. Protein bars have a balanced diet of carbohydrates, protein and fat to keep your body and mind sharp during midterm season. Hello there my CU friends, this is our first official meeting.  My name is Captain Craving, I am here to offer all of my new friends the knowledge, personality and of course the good looking face (wink) behind Abstentions.  Now please ladies, do not come running all at once, even though my muscles and charming face are quite tempting, we do not want to make all the boys jealous.  Now the only way I keep this spectacular figure and witty personality is to keep myself hydrated and answer to my food cravings by the products that Abstentions offers.

NOW enough about me, did you know that Abstentions offers a variety of basic household and grocery items?  Open from 7am to 3am everyday, they are here for YOU at anytime.  Remember this is a student business, your fellow classmates are running this to help you!  All money is returned to you through different programs and services that Carleton offers.  Why not support Abstentions for all your snacks and daily needs, and of course those late night cravings (yes we know you all have them).
